Pentagon AI · one stack, every studio
Your IP. Our models. Our compute.
Generate image, video, voice, singing and chat for the characters you own — on models Pentagon trains and runs itself, faithful to the original design, with every creation delivered to your own library. No third-party API. No watermark. You own the output.
Chat — POCA, our own brain
A web3-native agent, not a wrapped chatbot. Three brains answer in parallel and merge into one voice — and one of them is ours.
- Three brains, one voice. Amazon Nova for speed, Claude for reasoning, and POCA — Pentagon's own fine-tuned model — for domain truth. If one is slow, the others still answer.
- Wallet-aware, privacy-first. Signed in, the agent knows your balance and holdings — and only yours. It never sees your keys, and guests see nothing personal.
- Learns from the community. POCA is retrained from real, sanitised player conversations, on hardware we own — so the Pentagon-native brain keeps getting sharper.
- One character everywhere. The same brain and memory power the Pentagon agent across the card, the wallet and chat.
· our model, our GPUs ·
Image — remix what you own
Put a character you own into new scenes, styles and accessories — on-model, and checked before it ships.
- Our pipeline, our fine-tunes. Best-in-class engines plus per-IP models we train, wrapped in Pentagon's identity-preserving pipeline. Owned output, no external watermark.
- Identity gate on every frame. Skin, proportion and accessories are held to the source design; off-model or unsafe results are rejected automatically.
- Stills, reskins, PFPs, card art. The same discipline behind marketing images and trading-card art.
Video — animate your character
Turn a character you own into faithful, on-model cinematic video — the prompt drives the action, never the design.
- Keyframe-locked. An approved still fixes the character's exact look; Wan 2.2 animates it. The lock is what keeps every clip on-model no matter what you type.
- Faithfulness controls. Skin-colour, proportion and accessory locks; an identity gate rejects any drift before a clip reaches you.
- Queued, not instant. Generations run on our own GPU farm — you submit, we notify, the clip lands in your library as owned output. No third-party stamp.
Audio — one canon voice, forever
Voice, singing and music for your characters — each one sounding like itself, every time.
Every character has one voice
Heroes speak with locked neural voices; creatures get a species voice model — formant-preserving, never a chipmunk.
The same voice speaks and sings
Our own engine pitches a character's speaking voice note-by-note onto a melody, vocal tract intact — human-authored melody and lyrics, so the output is monetizable.
A named song for every character
An owned lofi engine that plays like a session musician: endless seamless loops, every seed a new track, stems you mix live.
The arc
From serving us — to serving you — to serving any IP
One service, expanding outward. The same pipeline that makes Pentagon's own content opens up to the players who own our IP, and then to any brand that brings a character.
Built for our own worlds
Image, video and audio made in-house for EtherFantasy, Gunnies and EtherFamily — on models we own.
Create with the IP you own
Hold a Pentagon character NFT and generate on-model content of it — yours to keep, on our compute.
Bring your brand
A character's art or 3D model is enough — no training required. We return faithful, on-model content as a service.
Train · community-owned
An AI that learns from its community
Privately, and on hardware we own.
POCA is not a static chatbot. Every week it studies how the Pentagon community actually talks: the questions players ask in our Discord and the answers our team gives them, and the conversations people have with POCA itself. Community verifiers then grade POCA's answers — correct, partial, or wrong — and write the better answer when it misses. Those verdicts and corrections become the next training set. On a fixed cadence we retrain POCA on that set, run it through an evaluation gate (it must answer a fixed set of Pentagon questions at least as well as the version it replaces), and only then promote it. The whole loop runs on infrastructure Pentagon Games owns and operates: nothing about our community is sent to a third-party AI provider for training.
Your data trains the model — your identity never does.
Before anything reaches a training set it passes through a privacy filter: wallet addresses, emails, usernames, IDs, links and other personal identifiers are replaced with neutral placeholders, and any record the filter can't confidently clear is sealed and excluded rather than guessed at. Only public community channels and support conversations are used — never private messages, never partner or business correspondence. Verifiers see questions and answers, not who asked them. Taking part is optional and rewarded, never required to use POCA.
Built by the community, for the community: every answer POCA gives can be challenged and corrected by the people who use it.
Grade POCA's answers, fix the wrong ones, earn $POCA. Ranked community members' verdicts weigh more.
